Do I need a credit card to sign up for the Free plan?
No. The Free plan doesn't require any payment method. A card/payment method is only needed if you choose a Paid plan.
Which payment methods are supported?
QRIS, GoPay, OVO, and Virtual Account (BCA/BNI/Mandiri) via our payment partners Midtrans/Xendit — common local Indonesian methods.
How is my video protected from piracy or leaked links?
Three layers are active today: (1) a dynamic watermark that overlays viewer data (e.g. email) on the video so a screen recording can be traced back to its source, (2) a domain whitelist that makes your player only work on the sites/domains you register, and (3) a server-side authorization step that can approve or deny every playback request.
What's the difference between the Free and Paid plans?
The Free plan gives you 2 GB storage and 10 GB traffic per month at no cost; once that's used up, new uploads are blocked until you upgrade. The Paid plan is pay-as-you-go — you're never blocked from uploading, and any overage is billed at the end of the period.
Is there a fee for going over my quota (overage)?
On the Paid plan, yes — usage beyond your plan's quota is billed per GB on your next invoice, but it never blocks your uploads. On the Free plan, there's no overage fee because uploads are simply blocked once the 2 GB/10 GB quota is used up.
Can one student account be shared by multiple people (login sharing)?
Today's watermark and domain whitelist reduce misuse, but they don't yet technically prevent one login from being used by multiple people at once in your LMS. We're building a dedicated system for this — see the next question.
