6. Content ownership & takedown
You keep ownership of your content. We may disable content reported as unlawful or infringing third-party rights, following applicable notice-and-takedown procedures.

1. Acceptance of terms
By registering for or using the VidSecure service operated by PT [NAMA PERUSAHAAN], you agree to these Terms of Service. This document is an agreement (offer) between you and us.
2. The service
VidSecure provides hosting, transcoding, streaming, DRM protection, watermarking, domain whitelisting, analytics, and white-label playback for your videos. Features may evolve; anything marked "Coming soon" is not yet available.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.
4. Prohibited use
You may not upload illegal content, infringe others' copyright, or misuse the service for unlawful activity. You warrant that you hold the rights to the content you upload.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed in Rupiah via local methods (QRIS, GoPay, OVO, bank transfer). The model is pay-as-you-go: usage beyond quota is billed at Rp600/GB on your next invoice. A Free plan is available with no credit card.
7. Protection & anti-piracy
Protection features (DRM, watermarking, domain whitelisting) reduce piracy risk but cannot guarantee 100% prevention of every form of recording. You are responsible for configuring protection to your needs.
8. Warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the relevant period.
9. Termination
You may stop at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with reasonable notice where possible.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republik Indonesia. Disputes are resolved by good-faith discussion and, if needed, the competent forum in Republik Indonesia.
