Account & Onboarding

How do I sign up for an account?

Click "Sign up" on the homepage, fill in your name, business/brand name, email, and password, then verify your email. Once verified, you choose a Free or Paid plan and your video project space is set up automatically within minutes.

Do I need a credit card to sign up for the Free plan?

No. The Free plan doesn't require any payment method. A card/payment method is only needed if you choose a Paid plan.

What's the difference between the Free and Paid plans?

The Free plan gives you 2 GB storage and 10 GB traffic per month at no cost; once that's used up, new uploads are blocked until you upgrade. The Paid plan is pay-as-you-go — you're never blocked from uploading, and any overage is billed at the end of the period.

How do I upgrade from Free to Paid?

Open the Billing menu, select "Upgrade plan", choose a payment method, and once payment is confirmed, the upload limit is lifted automatically — your account switches to pay-as-you-go immediately.

How do I change the portal language?

Use the language switcher (🇮🇩/🇬🇧/🇷🇺) in your account settings. Your language choice is saved per user and applies across all your devices.

Billing & Payments

How does billing work?

We bill after the fact (pay-after-usage): your storage and traffic usage is tracked throughout the month, and at the end of the period we issue an invoice in Rupiah based on actual usage. This is not a prepaid balance/wallet system.

Which payment methods are supported?

QRIS, GoPay, OVO, and Virtual Account (BCA/BNI/Mandiri) via our payment partners Midtrans/Xendit — common local Indonesian methods.

What happens if I don't pay my invoice on time?

You'll get a reminder before the due date. If it passes unpaid, your account enters a grace period with a warning; if it's still unpaid after the grace period, uploads and edits are temporarily paused (your existing videos keep playing for your viewers). All restrictions lift immediately once payment is confirmed.

Is there a balance or wallet I can top up in advance?

No. We don't use a prepaid balance system — you pay invoices based on usage that has already happened. We're working on a "pay your invoice from your phone" feature for a school-admin mobile app (coming soon), but that still means paying an existing invoice, not topping up a balance.

Where can I see my billing history?

All invoices — draft, issued, paid, or overdue — are listed on your Billing page, along with a usage breakdown for each period.

Is there a fee for going over my quota (overage)?

On the Paid plan, yes — usage beyond your plan's quota is billed per GB on your next invoice, but it never blocks your uploads. On the Free plan, there's no overage fee because uploads are simply blocked once the 2 GB/10 GB quota is used up.

Upload & Video Storage

What video formats are supported?

You can upload common video formats (e.g. MP4, MOV, MKV); your video is then automatically processed into multiple adaptive streaming qualities so viewers on different connections get a smooth experience.

How long does processing take after upload?

It depends on your video's length and resolution — the video enters a "Processing" status and usually finishes within a few minutes, up to tens of minutes for very long videos. You'll see the status change to "Done" once it's ready to watch.

What's the difference between storage quota and traffic quota?

Storage is the total size of all videos stored in your account. Traffic is the total data delivered every time your videos are watched, over a month. They're tracked separately, and both are capped on the Free plan.

What happens when I run out of Free plan quota?

New uploads are immediately blocked, with a message directing you to upgrade to a Paid plan. Your existing videos keep playing normally — only new uploads are paused.

Is there a file size limit per video?

The practical limit depends on your internet connection and plan; we don't have a fixed number to promise here. If you regularly upload very large files, please reach our support team on WhatsApp for the best guidance.

Security & Video Protection

How is my video protected from piracy or leaked links?

Three layers are active today: (1) a dynamic watermark that overlays viewer data (e.g. email) on the video so a screen recording can be traced back to its source, (2) a domain whitelist that makes your player only work on the sites/domains you register, and (3) a server-side authorization step that can approve or deny every playback request.

What is a dynamic watermark?

The system overlays the viewer's identity (e.g. their email or ID) transparently on the video during playback. This doesn't prevent screen recording, but it makes an illegal recording easy to trace back to whichever account shared it — a proven deterrent.

What is domain whitelisting, and how do I set it up?

It's a list of websites where your video player is allowed to appear. You manage it on the Domains page — add your site/LMS domain, and your videos will only play there, preventing someone from copying your embed code to another site.

Can one student account be shared by multiple people (login sharing)?

Today's watermark and domain whitelist reduce misuse, but they don't yet technically prevent one login from being used by multiple people at once in your LMS. We're building a dedicated system for this — see the next question.

What's the plan to prevent login sharing for schools/LMS?

Coming soon (not active yet): LTI 1.3 integration for LMSs like Moodle/Canvas (automatic per-student verification the moment they click Play, no extra steps), plus an access-code + "remembered device" flow for LMSs without LTI like Google Classroom (a teacher shares a code, the student's device is remembered with 2–3 self-service swappable device slots). See the Integration Guides for technical details once available.

Does a video embedded on a public website (marketing page) also have viewer-identity protection?

No, and that's intentional: embeds on public/marketing websites have no viewer-identity check, because they're meant to be watched by anyone without logging in. Domain whitelisting still applies (video only plays on the domains you registered); dynamic watermarking and LMS verification are aimed at paid/restricted content, not public pages.

Embedding Video

How do I embed a video on my website?

Open your video's detail page, click "Embed", choose Adaptive or Fixed mode, then copy the iframe code shown and paste it into your website page. The video will automatically resize to the visitor's screen if you chose Adaptive mode.

Can I embed video in Moodle or Google Classroom?

Yes, using one of three methods depending on your LMS: LTI 1.3 (Moodle/Canvas and similar LMSs), access code (Google Classroom and LMSs without LTI support), or a plain iframe embed. See the step-by-step Integration Guides page.

Why isn't my video showing up after embedding it?

The most common causes: your site's domain hasn't been added to the Domains whitelist, your account is paused due to an unpaid invoice, or the embed code was copied incompletely. Check the Domains page first, then your account status under Billing.

Can I make the video start playing from a specific time?

Yes. In the Share Link popover, check "Start at" and enter the time (e.g. "01.30") — the link and embed will automatically start from that point when opened.

Is there a WordPress plugin?

We offer a WordPress integration for eligible clients — check the Integrations page in your account for availability. If it's not yet available on your account, a plain iframe embed still works fully in WordPress just like on any other site.

Live Streaming

How do I start a live stream?

Open the Live menu, create a new stream, then copy the RTMP server address and stream key shown into your encoder software (e.g. OBS Studio). Once your encoder is connected and you hit go-live in that software, the broadcast appears to viewers.

What software do I need for live streaming?

Any RTMP encoder — most commonly OBS Studio (free, desktop). For streaming from a phone, we also provide a single link compatible with apps like Larix.

Does live streaming have replay/recording?

Yes, you can enable automatic recording when creating a stream so viewers can watch the replay after it ends; there's also a DVR option that lets viewers rewind while the stream is still live.

How is live streaming billed?

Live streaming is billed separately from regular video storage/traffic — based on the amount of data (GB) delivered to viewers during the stream, and it appears on the same monthly invoice.

Can viewers send chat messages during the stream?

Yes, you can enable live chat when creating the stream, with moderation options like pausing chat and hiding the viewer count if you want.

Technical Support

How do I contact the support team?

The fastest way is WhatsApp — a "Contact support" button is available throughout your portal. Email is available as an alternative if you prefer written communication.

What's the support team's response time?

Our team aims to respond as quickly as possible during working hours; for urgent issues (e.g. your account suddenly becomes inaccessible), WhatsApp gets you the fastest response.

Is there API documentation for developers?

An API reference is being prepared (coming soon), generated directly from our official API contract so it always stays accurate. For now, contact support if you need a custom technical integration.

Where can I report a bug or technical issue?

Reach us via WhatsApp or email with your account/business name and a short description of the issue — include a screenshot if possible, it helps our team trace the problem much faster.
