1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how PT [NAMA PERUSAHAAN] ("VidSecure", "we") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the VidSecure video-hosting service. We process data in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law No. 27 of 2022 (UU PDP).
2. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, encrypted password), billing data (payment methods are processed by a payment gateway, not stored in full by us), the video content you upload, and technical data (IP address, device type, usage logs) needed to provide and secure the service.
3. How we use data
To provide the service, process payments in Rupiah, show you viewer analytics, secure content (DRM, watermarking, domain whitelisting), provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Third parties
We use world-class video and content-delivery (CDN) infrastructure and local payment gateways (e.g. Midtrans/Xendit) for QRIS, GoPay, OVO, and bank transfer. These parties process data only on our instructions and under data-processing agreements.
6. Data retention
We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed for the described purposes or by law. You may request deletion; some data may be retained where regulation requires it.
7. Your rights
Under the UU PDP you may access, correct, delete, and restrict processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact legal@vidsecure.id.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access control, tenant isolation) to protect data. No system is entirely risk-free, but we work continuously to protect your data.
9. Children
The service is intended for businesses, not for minors. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data without valid consent.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced via the site or email. The effective version is marked with the update date above.
